Odin's Ravens Shield

Etched with the watchful forms of Huginn and Muninn, this shield bears the wisdom of Odin’s ever-roving companions. Thought and Memory take flight across its surface, their wings a reminder of knowledge gathered from all nine realms. To carry it is to stand beneath the Allfather’s gaze, shielded by his ravens’ eternal vigilance.

In addition to the protection offered by these magical extensions of Odin, this sturdy wooden shield also features steel banding and a raised steel boss both in powder black, with a deep burgundy red and black paint finish. This shield is cut deep with a CNC machine on sheet wood, and hand-finished in steel and paint. 

This piece is perfect for wall decoration or carrying as part of a costume, but not historically accurate enough for reenactment.
