This website is operated by Raven Forge Limited, trading as Glory or Valhalla ("we", "us", "our"), company number 12443803, VAT number GB346572285, registered in England and Wales at Unit 6 & 7, Riparian Court, Riparian Way, Cross Hills, North Yorkshire, BD20 7BW.
By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the additional policies referenced here. Please read them before using the site.
We may update these terms at any time by posting changes to this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform we sell through.
1. Online store terms
By agreeing to these terms, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or that you are of the age of majority where you live and have given consent for any minor dependants to use this site.
You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, or use the service in breach of any law in your jurisdiction, including copyright law. You must not transmit any malicious code. Breaching these terms ends your right to use the service immediately.
2. Age-restricted products
Alcohol, including our mead, is sold only to people aged 18 or over. By ordering alcohol you confirm you are 18 or over and that the person receiving the parcel will be 18 or over.
We operate a Challenge 25 approach on delivery. The carrier will ask for photo ID and can refuse to hand over the parcel if age can't be verified. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we have reasonable grounds to believe the buyer or recipient is under 18, and it is an offence to buy alcohol on behalf of someone under 18.
3. General conditions
We may refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell or resell any part of the service without our written permission.
4. Accuracy of information
We make every effort to keep the site accurate and current, but we're not liable if information here isn't complete or up to date. Material on this site is provided for general information and shouldn't be your sole basis for a decision.
5. Prices and products
Prices are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any product at any time. We've made every effort to display colours and finishes accurately, but we can't guarantee your screen shows them exactly. Products are subject to our Refund policy.
We may limit sales by person, household, region or order, and may limit or refuse orders that appear to be from dealers or resellers.
6. Billing and account information
You agree to give us current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it updated so we can complete your order and contact you if needed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
7. Third-party links and tools
Our site may link to third-party sites or offer third-party tools, provided "as is" without warranty or endorsement. We're not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Review their terms before you use them.
8. User submissions
If you send us comments, ideas or other material, we may use them without restriction and without obligation to keep them confidential, pay for them or respond. You're responsible for anything you submit, and it must not be unlawful, abusive, obscene or infringe anyone's rights.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy policy.

Information on the site may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We may correct errors and cancel orders where information was inaccurate, including after you've ordered.

You may not use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit unlawful acts, to infringe intellectual property, to harass or discriminate, to submit false information, to upload malicious code, to collect others' personal information, to spam or scrape, or to interfere with the site's security.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We don't guarantee that your use of the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Except as expressly stated, products and services are provided "as is" and "as available".
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the goods concerned.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Raven Forge Limited and its officers, employees and suppliers against any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions still apply in full.
15. Termination
These terms are effective until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate by ceasing to use the site. If we believe you've breached these terms we may terminate your access without notice, and you remain liable for amounts due up to that date.
16. Governing law
These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements under which we provide services, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
