Lagertha Shield

Painted in the deep blue of the northern seas and marked with stark black stripes, this shield echoes the strength of Lagertha herself. Wielded with ferocity and pride, it stands as both a weapon of war and a banner of unyielding resolve. To carry it is to channel the spirit of a shieldmaiden whose name still sings through the ages.

This sturdy wooden shield also features steel banding and a raised steel boss both in powder black. With a deep blue paint finish with black stripe detailing. This shield is cut deep with a CNC machine on sheet wood. and hand-finished in steel and paint. 

This piece is perfect for wall decoration or carrying as part of a costume, but not historically accurate enough for reenactment.
